What is it?

Repeat Prescriptions will allow the user to order existing medication without having to phone or visit their surgery. Users can then review and see the status of their request for a repeat prescription.

How do users access the service?

This facility is now fully integrated within the existing GP Appointments plugin. Therefore if you have the "GP Appointments" link on your microsite then patients may already be actively using the existing plugin to book or cancel appointments with GP's in the your area.

Registration and access details will remain exactly the same for existing patients. New patients wishing to use the service will still need to initially obtain logon details from participating surgeries. Further details on this process and how to promote the service locally can be found here. 

What will the user see?

Once the user has logged in they will see the "home screen" 

The options displayed will vary depending which services are enabled for the practice.
