Tracy wanted to make her voice heard about the mobile phone masts beign put up in her area and local schools. Iinstead of having to attend a local communiy meeting, she used the Kirklees digital TV service to get her view across. The consultation element of the digital TV service, meant that she did not have to leave her home to be heard.
