Please find attached a troubleshooting document to help you deal with any problems you may encounter whilst checking your microsites on Sky for quality assurance (QA).
We hope you find this document useful. Unfortunately some of the problems experienced by some of you have been caused by the way the installation of the Sky service was carried out, or with the Sky service itself. These issues can only be dealt with by contacting the Sky helpdesk.

However the solutions suggested should be able to help you in most cases.
