Placeholders 

There is a placeholder screen in Common Content that we recommend you use before your content is ready to link to when you are building your site.

However, you may wish to create your own microsite-specific placeholder - an advantage of this is that you can give it an A-Z entry and quickly find any remaining placeholders in your site via A-Z view in the CMS.
