Abritas are an innovative supplier of web based systems, focusing on the local authority housing and social services sectors. Looking Local has integrated with their choice based lettings software, allowing any organisation using it to surface the functionality within their Looking Local site.

Boston Mayflower Housing Association
Boston Mayflower is a not-for-profit Company, and a Registered Charity. The Company was formed and launched during 1999, in order to purchase the entire portfolio of (almost 5,000) homes, owned by Boston Borough Council, following a ballot by the tenants of Boston, who wished to see their homes improved.
Circle
With a dedicated team of more than 2,200 staff, Circle (formerly Circle Anglia) manages over 63,000 homes, and provides care and support services for around 200,000 people across the UK. Providing general needs, sheltered and supported housing, Circle also has a range of responsive care, support and maintenance services.

Devon Home Choice
Council and housing association homes available to let in Devon are advertised through Devon Home Choice.

Dale & Valley Homes
Dale & Valley Homes are an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO), set up in 2006 by Wear Valley District Council to manage, repair and improve council owned homes.

Derwentside Homes
Derwentside Homes was established in December 2006 and owns and manages around 6,700 properties formerly owned by Derwentside District Council in the North West of County Durham.

East Durham Homes
East Durham Homes manages approximately 8,500 homes, and is working to improve council housing within the area.

Fabrick Housing Group
Fabrick provides the overall strategic direction to Erimus Housing and Tees Valley Housing and supplies both subsidiary companies with services such as finance, development, business support and people and organisational development.

Fold
Established in 1976, the Fold Housing Association has grown to become one of the leading providers of housing and care services, delivered through an independent living model.

Gloucester City Homes
Gloucester City Homes has been appointed by Gloucester City Council to manage its 4,500 tenanted and leasehold homes.

Home Options
Home Options is the new way that people can apply for social housing and access other housing options including shared ownership, private rented and key worker housing in the council areas of Broadland, Norwich and South Norfolk.

Housing 21 is a leading provider of retirement housing, care and support services for older people. Their mission is to improve older people's lives by promoting independence and choice, Housing 21 provide access to their services via DiTV in a number of their regions.

Housing Pendle
Housing Pendle is a not for profit housing association managing 3,326 homes within a 30 year business plan.

IBS OPENSystems
IBS OPENSystems, now part of Capita, offer OPEN Housing, a complete flexible housing solution. The choice based lettings element of this product interfaces with Looking Local, allowing residents to participate in CBL and interact with their housing provider. Any organisation using this product can make CBL part of their Looking Local site without added work.

Kent Homechoice CBL
Kent Homechoice is the new choice based lettings scheme for all council and housing association homes in Kent - the largest CBL scheme in the UK.

Rooftop Housing Association
A community based housing group established in 1994, providing 5,233 affordable homes and services primarily to people living in towns and villages throughout the Midlands.

Sandwell Homes
Sandwell Homes is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO), set up by Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council to manage and maintain its council homes.

Solihull Community Housing
Solihull Community Housing is the name of the Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) set up in April 2004 to run the housing service on behalf of Solihull Council.

Tristar Homes
Tristar Homes Limited is a registered provider of social housing. Tristar owns over 10,000 homes in the Borough of Stockton including the former Stockton Borough Council housing stock, as well as some shops, garages and garage sites.

United Welsh
United Welsh is a not-for-profit organisation providing housing and related services to people in South Wales. We offer a range of homes including family houses, apartments and bungalows. The organisation currently managed over 3,600 properties across 11 local authorities.

Wherry Housing Association
Wherry manages more than 5,300 properties across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.
