One Voice Panel

Helena’s One Voice Panel is a group of more than 450 tenants who give their views every three months by completing a survey or attending a short focus group.

One Voice members tell us about their experience as a Helena customer, what they think about our services and what we could be doing better.

We recognise that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to involvement and not everyone wants to come along to regular meetings, so the One Voice Panel gives people to spend just 15 minutes completing a survey by post and the option to take part in one-off discussion groups.
