Getting Involved

Helena is keen to listen to the views of its tenants and to help us do that, we have a number of options for people to get involved.

There are many ways that tenants can have their say about Helena services, with something to suit everyone, from those with only an hour to spare a year, to people wanting to dedicate more time.

There are 12 ways that you can get involved:

1. Individual customer feedback - Tell us if you have a compliment, comment or complaint about our services.

2. Community engagement - Attend a local event or activity that we organise in your local area.
