A support charge is the amount of money that you need to pay towards the cost of your support service. If you do not receive housing benefit or are not awarded a subsidy payment following a Fairer Charging Assessment you will need to pay for the cost of your support. Your Sheltered Scheme Manager will tell you about the support service you will receive and how much it will cost.
