Tenant Service Review

We have launched an exciting project which will let tenants experience how Charter runs.

Tenants will be able to shadow a specific team, such as Maintenance, or Community Regeneration so they can understand how our services work. This will enable tenants to give us in depth feedback, so we can improve what we do.
