Can I add someone to my tenancy?

If you are a sole tenant and you want someone to become a joint tenant with you, this may be possible with our permission. Please contact your Neighbourhood Manager on 01633 678539 who will be able to advise you. We will normally only allow joint tenancies between partners who have been living together for 12 months or more or who are married. We will not make any changes to the tenancy if there are any problems, such as rent arrears or anti-social behaviour.
