Libraries

Joining the library is easy, there is no age limit and your ticket is free - just call into any Warrington library. If you are under 16 your parent/carer must sign the card. A concession card is available if you are aged 18-59 and in receipt of benefits. All library members aged 60+ are issued with a concession card.
