Home-Link

Home-Link is a sub-regional Choice Based Letting scheme. In November 2008 Roddons, in partnership with Fenland District council, joined six other Partner Organisations in the following regions: Cambridge City, East Cambridgeshire, Forest Heath, Huntingdonshire, South Cambridgeshire and St. Edmundsbury.

Home-Link offers you more choice about where you want to live. In the past the council or housing association has decided when and where you would be offered a home. Now, you have the chance to choose.

Every fortnight available properties are advertised on the internet and in the Home-Link magazine. This gives you the opportunity to read the adverts and decide which property you want to ‘bid’ on.
