If you are an older person or have a disability or long-term illness, you may be entitled to help with equipment or adaptations to your home that will help you to live more independently.
The Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES) is a partnership between Newham Council and the Primary Care Trust (PCT).
It ensures that equipment provided within the community is provided from a joint service
