Loudoun Hill

Steeped in history, Loudoun Hill sits at the top of the Irvine Valley just outside Darvel. From its summit there is a wonderful view over Ayrshire to the Firth of Clyde, Arran and Ailsa Craig.

September 2004 saw the unveiling of the "Spirit of Scotland" statute which recognises the historical significance of the area during the Scottish Wars of Independence.
